Brian joined the athletic staff in 2001 as an assistant women's basketball coach. After three seasons as an assistant, Brian became the head women's basketball coach. Following a three year stint as the head women's coach, Brian took over the men's program where he has served as the head coach since 2007. Brian is currently the Athletic Director at Faith. He graduated from Faith in 2001 with a B.S. in Local Church Ministries, and received his master's degree in Sport Management from Missouri Baptist University in 2013. While at Faith as a student athlete, Brian played basketball and soccer. During his career, he was a 1,000 point scorer, an NCCAA DII North Central All Region selection, and an All MCCC Conference selection. Brian has been selected as both the men's (07-08, 10-11) and women's (05-06) Region Coach of the Year. He is married to his wife Sara. They have three children (Logan, Morgan, Tyson).

Reuben joined the athletic staff in 2008 as the head women's basketball coach. Reuben graduated from Faith with a B.S. in the youth ministry. Reuben was a four year member of the men's basketball team during his time at Faith. He was an NCCAA DII North Central All Region Honorable Mention selection in 2003. Before coming to Faith, Reuben coached varsity girls' basketball for three years at Walnut Ridge Baptist Academy in Waterloo, Iowa. Reuben is married to his wife Niki.

The 2013 Season will be Lanny's 28th season coaching women's volleyball at Faith. During his tenure, the Lady Eagle's have earned six trips to the National tournament and three national final four appearances. IOn 2011, coach Nihart joined an elite club, when his team earned him his 500th career victory. In addition to coaching the women's volleyball team, Lanny spent the first 18 years of his coaching career coaching the Lady Eagle's basketball team as well. Lanny attended Faith before moving on to earn his degree from American Institute of Business. Lanny is employed by the state of Iowa, and lives in Ankeny with his wife Sandi.

Coach Backous begins his 6th season at the helm of the men's soccer team. During his time as coach, Gary has led the team to the regional championship game, and has coached 2 NCCAA II All Americans and 20 NCCAA II All Region selections. In 2008, Gary was selected as the NCCAA II Regional Coach of the Year. In addition to men's soccer, Gary also coaches the Eagles track team and coordinates the strength and conditioning programs for each of the Eagle's sports. Gary is a graduate of Buena Vista University, where he was a 1st Team All Iowa Conference selection, two time Academeic All Conference recipient, and an Academic All District selection. Gary got his start in coaching at Colo-Nesco High School. Gary is a Story County Deputy Sherriff.

After a two year hiatus, Coach Stupka returns to the pitch for his 6th season at the helm of the women's soccer team. During his time as coach, Mark has led the team to the regional championship game and has coached 20 NCCAA II All Region selections. Mark is a professor in the Elementary Education department at the college. He also serves as an assitant pastor at Maranatha Baptist Church in Grimes, IA.
