Brian Fincham - Athletic Director and Head Men's Basketball Coach–12th Season

 Brian joined the athletic staff in 2001 as an assistant women's basketball coach. After three seasons as an assistant, Brian became the head women's basketball coach. Following a three year stint as the head women's coach, Brian took over the men's program where he has served as the head coach since 2007. Brian is currently the Athletic Director at Faith. He graduated from Faith in 2001 with a B.S. in Local Church Ministries, and he is currently pursuing his master's degree in Sport Management from Missouri Baptist University. While at Faith as a student athlete, Brian played basketball and soccer. During his career, he was a 1,000 point scorer, an NCCAA DII North Central All Region selection, and an All MCCC Conference selection. Brian has been selected as both the men's (07-08, 10-11) and women's (05-06) Region Coach of the Year. He is married to his wife Sara. They have three children (Logan, Morgan, Tyson).

Reuben Rosekopf - Assistant Athletic Director and Head Women's Basketball Coach–5th Season

Reuben joined the athletic staff in 2008 as the head women's basketball coach. Reuben graduated from Faith with a B.S. in the youth ministry. Reuben was a four year member of the men's basketball team during his time at Faith. He was an NCCAA DII North Central All Region Honorable Mention selection in 2003. Before coming to Faith, Reuben coached varsity girls' basketball for three years at Walnut Ridge Baptist Academy in Waterloo, Iowa. Reuben is married to his wife Niki.
