Men's Soccer Can't Avenge 2 OT Loss to Nebraska Christian

LINCOLN, Nebraska—The Eagles were looking for revenge Monday night against Nebraska Christian, who defeated the Eagles three weeks ago in double overtime, but came up short again with a 1-0 loss in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Faith battled difficult weather conditions with wind and cold temperatures and was unable to get anything going, offensively. A slip-up, defensively, midway through the first half was all Nebraska Christian needed to score the game's only goal.

The Eagles fell to 8-9 with the loss and return home for their final game of the regular season on Saturday against Maranatha at 12:00 p.m.
