The Faith Baptist Bible College women's basketball team hosted region opponent North Central University this past Thursday night. Faith lost the game 37-75. The Eagles are now 1-9 on the year.
The Eagles were able to hang with North Central for the first 10 minutes of the game only down 9-11. North Central then opened the game up with a big run finishing, the half up 44-16. The second half fared better as Faith was able to move the ball better and defend better. North Central won the second half 31-21. Jenna Bean and Kelsey Grider each had 11 points to lead the Eagles. Kelsey Grider also led the Eagles in rebounding with six.
Faith will travel to Omaha, NE on Friday, December 14, to play Grace University. That game will tip off at 5:00 PM. On Saturday, December 15, the Eagles will head to Plymouth, MN to play against AFLBS. That game will tip off at 3:30 PM.
