Faith closed out the week with a nonconference match against Calvary University. For the visiting Warriors, Friday marked their first match since 2023 as they restart their program.
Friday proved to be a great opportunity for the Eagles to dig deep into their roster as 24 players saw the field, giving the reserves ample experience while allowing the starters to play fewer minutes as they head into a 3 match week. Faith scored five first half goals and twelve total as 8 different players found the net. Six players recorded assists on the day to contribute to the victory.
The Eagles look ahead to a 3 match week which includes an exhibition against Buena Vista, an MCCC match against Ozark, and a road trip to #10 Maranatha for a top ten clash.
UP NEXT: Faith men's soccer competes in an exhibition match against Buena Vista University in Storm Lake on Monday, Sept. 29 at 4:00 p.m. CT.
